Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at The Gift Loft. We take pride in curating high-quality, thoughtful gifts that delight and inspire. However, we understand that there may be times when you need to return an item. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Please note:

  • Gift Boxes: For pre-made gift boxes, returns are only accepted if the items inside are unopened and unused.
  • Custom Gift Bundles: Unfortunately, due to the personalized nature of our custom gift bundles, these items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
  • Exclusions: Perishable items, custom orders, and digital products are non-returnable.

To initiate a return, please email us at support@thegiftloft.com with your order number and a brief description of your reason for the return. We will provide further instructions, including the return shipping address.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note:

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Gift Cards: Gift card purchases are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@thegiftloft.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
